09.2026Omglobal joins Harmon
Harmon has integrated Omglobal Creative Studio, the studio founded by Joaquín Reixa, which will become the foundation for the firm’s new creative studio.
Madrid, 22 September 2026.
“At Harmon, we don’t do communications.
At Harmon, we tell stories.
We change minds.
We make a difference.
We go beyond.
We’re not creative. We’re disruptive.
We don’t settle for the first idea. Or even the second.
So today, we’re taking another step forward.
One step beyond.
Today, we unveil the future of creativity.”
That’s what we’d say if we were another agency with absolutely nothing to say. We don’t think that’s the case.
We have integrated Omglobal Creative Studio, the boutique founded and led by Joaquín Reixa, into Harmon to strengthen our creative capabilities and build the firm’s new creative studio on top of them. The six professionals who made up the studio are joining him.
Not to add another box to a services slide. And not because our audiovisual capabilities needed beefing up. We’re doing it because we still believe in a fairly simple principle: doing things properly does not mean doing them conventionally. Because strategy is of fairly limited use if nobody wants to look at it, listen to it or remember it.
We are backing the things that should never be industrialised: judgement, craft and the care that goes into making a good idea properly. Not out of nostalgia. Because the more producing for production’s sake becomes the norm, the more important it is to know what is actually worth making.
The integration of Omglobal is the first step we want to take towards expanding Harmon’s ability to turn consultancy into experiences, content and narratives that can compete for attention too. Creativity with a specific purpose. Creativity with something behind it.
At Harmon, we have spent years arguing that organisations need to be, rather than merely appear. That does not mean dismissing form. Quite the opposite. It means taking form seriously enough that it does not become make-up.
In short, something we have been saying for a while now: beauty must be strategic. And now we would add: creativity must be something else.
“There is a fairly depressing tendency to assume that the more serious the subject, the duller the way we address it has to be. We disagree. Creativity should not arrive at the end to decorate a strategy that is already finished; it should help shape that strategy from the start. Omglobal gives us more craft, a broader visual language and greater capacity to do exactly that. We’ll try not to call it synergies,” says Alejandro Peral, Partner for Strategic Creativity at Harmon.
The integration also strengthens our capabilities in the tourism sector, where we already work with some of the market’s leading companies and brands. Adding a specialist creative boutique will allow us to broaden our proposition, combining strategy, communications and creativity with a deep understanding of the tourism industry and its challenges around positioning, reputation and connecting with new audiences.
“With Omglobal, we have consolidated the creative studio model and made it our own: acting as problem-solvers and delivering the best possible service for our clients. Now, joining Harmon gives us the opportunity to take that model further, expanding it with more resources, more perspectives and more clients, and building a new creative studio capable of doing much more — and doing it much better. After ten years running the company, integrating with Harmon was the logical next step. I’m proud to be leading this new studio, particularly after getting to know the team,” says Joaquín Reixa, now a director at Harmon.
