06.2025Virginia Béjar, new Director of Corporate Marketing and Innovation.
Or the art of knowing a lot—and still craving more.
Some people arrive quietly, but with a kind of centrifugal force that ends up rearranging everything around them. Virginia joined Harmon with that kind of energy. Not with a magic wand, but with something far more practical: a blend of method, intuition, and a résumé that reads like the work of several lifetimes. She’s here, essentially, to help us take better care of what we do. But not like someone who pushes things forward—more like someone who shines a light on them.
Virginia Béjar brings extensive professional experience from El País and the Prisa Group, where she led Institutional Marketing and Events for over a decade. She’s now pouring all that experience into refining how we engage with clients, prospects, and stakeholders—and, of course, into taking Harmon’s events and activations to the next level. She’ll be wherever something important is being discussed. And wherever the future is being shaped. That includes artificial intelligence—something that scares many but sparks her creativity. She turns the abstract into something actionable.
We could go on, but her CV speaks volumes about her restless curiosity: Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid (1995–2000); Master’s in Journalism BCNY, University of Barcelona and Columbia University (2000–2001); Master’s in Intellectual Property, Carlos III University of Madrid (2004–2005); Advanced Management Program, IE Business School (2014–2015); Executive Program in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, ISDI (Mar 2023 – May 2023)… and the list goes on.
That’s why she’s here. To think with us. To nudge us forward without making a fuss. To fine-tune the melody until it sounds like it’s always belonged. And yes, to help us sell more. But with style. With harmony.
