05.2025We’re in Brussels. Like everyone else, but not quite.
Harmon opens its Brussels office to strengthen the services of its EU Affairs Unit in the “Euro-bubble,” led by Aida Ferreiro.
Brussels, 28 May 2025. We should probably start by saying that we’re proud (and delighted) to share that we have a new foothold in the city where 70% of the decisions that shape our daily lives are made: Brussels. But we also know Brussels is more than that—because we live it. It’s the city of endless construction. Where unlikely pairings meet… like mussels and fries.
Harmon was already present in Brussels through its EU Affairs Unit, launched a year ago. Now we’re here with a few square metres, new faces, and eyes on the ground. We’re opening a lovely new office on Avenue Louise to help our clients navigate roadworks, traffic jams, and scaffolding—and, along the way, the turbulent acronyms, clauses, and conspiracies that make up what’s known as the “European bubble.”
The office will be led by Aida Ferreiro. Aida brings experience from consulting, EU institutions, and a regional office in the Belgian capital. She’ll coordinate all of Harmon’s EU-focused talent and resources across Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Brussels to help clients stay ahead and understand what’s happening across institutions, media, and the public agenda. Harmon is already involved in a dozen European projects, where we deploy non-market strategies to amplify our clients’ visibility and influence.
“I’ve been in Brussels for many years—I love this world. And I’m fully aware that companies and organisations need support to safeguard their interests and anticipate what’s coming in the EU’s complex ecosystem,” says Ferreiro, Head of Harmon’s Brussels Office.
“Harmon was founded over four years ago with the humble but firm ambition of becoming relevant and transforming corporate affairs consulting. Expanding into Brussels—alongside our established presence in Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon—is a major step in the evolution of that vision,” explains Jaime Olmos, CEO of Harmon.
