Our numbers for 2022

The ones that truly matter to us

Some Numbers

There are a few more of us. We closed 2022 with 62 people (+200% vs 2021). Spoiler: today we are 90.

We are not yet, but we strive to be gender-equal. 58% of Harmon are women. 50% in management. Still only 37% among the professional partners. There’s excess testosterone. We’re working on it.

We are young. The average age is 31.7 years, key to shaping a challenging and non-conformist team that understands what’s happening and involves those who will lead the future.

All interns? No. On the partners’ committee, there are two people who are the age of Rosalía and C. Tangana. And two others who didn’t experience the ’82 World Cup. Here, the young grow and, above all, make decisions. Decisions that will affect them, decisions that will affect us all.

But let’s talk about interns: from our 2022 Prometo Program – the baptism of young professionals in the non-market – we have incorporated seven people into the staff.

Numbers also across the board. We are international: in 2022 we reached Portugal with Generator. We are specialized: in 2023 we bought Comco to fight for leadership in financial communication. More things will happen. Stay tuned.

More unusual numbers

98.4% of people working at Harmon say they are happy with the company.

96.8% feel valued in their work.

Oh, and 100% of the people working here would recommend Harmon’s services to friends and family.

Another 100% is our telework model: absolute flexibility. We have the possibility to work wherever we want, however we want, and whenever we want. And we give ourselves some free Fridays to compensate for extra hours.

In 2022, we published the 10 points of our manifesto, that profane bible that reminds us that we came to do things differently. Because how we do things also defines what we are.

Other numbers

80. That’s the number of new clients we gained in 2022. We tripled the number of converts to the non-market compared to 2021.

We have worked on purpose revision with a little over 30% of our clients. Ecological transition, triple impact economy, and other things that help us make the world more Mr. Wonderful.

And we have eight pro bono projects (those financially unprofitable projects for an SME like us). And, best of all, in areas we love: territorial cohesion, digital humanism, transparency, and disinformation.

Balance

These are our numbers. The ones that matter to us. The others are in the commercial register.

To the point: every decision involves a bet. This letter is to thank all of you who have bet on Harmon.

We know the world is strange and the future uncertain. But you can influence, you can impact… if you can see the letters in the numbers.

That is the non-market, my friend.

Join the party.

We love you,

Harmon.

  1. Saying you build cross-functional teams is the best way to confirm that you aren´t. We won’t say anything more about it.
