03.2023Harmon Recruits Marta Sierra from the “Non-Bank” to Join the “Non-Market” as Director of Corporate Communications
Sierra was previously Head of External Communications at ING and has led financial and corporate communication projects in other consultancies.
Harmon, Spain’s first consultancy specialising in non-market strategies, has appointed Marta Sierra as Director of Corporate Communications, with the aim of continuing to attract top industry talent as part of its growth strategy.
A journalism graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid and holder of a master’s degree in Communication Management and Advertising from ESIC, Marta brings 15 years of experience in corporate and financial communications. She joins Harmon from her role as Head of External Communications at ING, where she led the bank’s external positioning. Previously, she worked as an Account Manager at LLYC and Kreab, advising national and international clients on communication strategies, financial operations, and reputation crises.
With this appointment, Harmon strengthens its professional advisory capabilities in non-market strategy. Following the recent acquisition of the financial communication consultancy Comco and its partnership with the Portuguese firm Generator, the company continues to accelerate its growth, now consolidating a team of 80 professionals as it enters its third year of operation.
