In spring, we opened our office. This Tuesday \u2014 deep into autumn, almost winter \u2014 we filled it with meaning. And we did it our way: by mixing things up<\/strong>. We were joined by many people from the institutions, political leaders and diplomats, business and association representatives based in Brussels, Spanish and international journalists, and of course, clients and friends. Many friends. In total, more than 200 guests<\/strong>. The gathering \u2014 the mix \u2014 took place in a deconsecrated church<\/strong>, which for one night became a dance floor, a refuge, and a declaration of intent. There was a Spanish touch \u2014 jam\u00f3n serrano<\/em> \u2014 and a Belgian finale, with waffles waiting for us at the door.<\/p>\n And yes: we celebrated in style<\/strong>. With reflections from Eduardo Madina<\/strong>, Strategy Partner and former assistant in the European Parliament; with Guillermo Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, member of Harmon\u2019s Brussels team and pianist, performing a musical ode to Europe; with the wit of Dani Mora<\/strong> from The Schuman Show<\/em>, reminding us that even in the most complex crossroads, the European project is also understood through irony and laughter; and with our own Raquel Alonso<\/strong>, junior consultant (and theatre actress), who reminded everyone that a critical gaze is not a luxury, but a necessity. A gaze that forms part of a rich Spanish tradition of raw, self-critical realism \u2014 the same spirit evoked nearby in the Francisco de Goya<\/strong> exhibition at Bozar, held as part of the Europalia festival.<\/p>\n For those gathered in our Belgian church, the dance floor did exactly what it was meant to do. Because yes, we\u2019re here to work. But we\u2019re also here to dance in the storm<\/strong>. To stay when the weather turns, to find rhythm in complexity, to hold our gaze when the wind shifts and the rain soaks through. Anything but watching the rain from the window \u2014 paralysed or lost in useless introspection. <\/span><\/p>\n This isn\u2019t a landing. It\u2019s continuity<\/strong>. We\u2019re not coming and going; we\u2019re here \u2014 with an office, a team, a street address, and projects to make it lasting.<\/p>\n Harmon Brussels<\/strong> strengthens our ability to anticipate and influence<\/strong> in the city where much of what determines the course of the companies and organisations we work with is decided. That\u2019s why we need to be close \u2014 not to make noise, but to understand the mechanism before it starts turning.
