A few months ago, we made a comic\u2014our way of sketching out our story by hand\u2014to remind ourselves that behind every figure, there are people. People who breathe, think, and create. Many people.<\/p>\n
Because really, what\u2019s the point of talking about what we do if you can\u2019t feel<\/em> it?<\/p>\n And today, we want to share it with the world.<\/p>\n At Harmon, some of us work remotely, others come into the office every day, but all of us\u2014in one way or another\u2014are trying to invent something that makes the world a little better. Nothing grandiose. Just that: trying to make things make sense.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not all metrics and spreadsheets. We\u2019ve said it many times.<\/p>\n There are stories too. Tough calls. Bad days. And the constant urge to do something worthwhile.<\/p>\n Because work\u2014when done with intention\u2014doesn\u2019t dehumanise you.
